Leslie Kell is an artist and designer whose career has spanned more than 30 years Austin. Although trained traditionally, after years as a graphic artist, Leslie found herself exploring photography and digital art. Leslie has been included in the 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2019 People's Gallery at Austin City Hall. She has participated in dozens of exhibits, including several featuring digital art. She was awarded first place in the 2019 Re-Imagine Juried Exhibit in photography. Her work has been featured multiple times on the covers of the Georgetown Arts and Cultural Guide, Austin All Natural Magazine and the NARM Quarterly. She had a solo exhibit at the Elisabet Ney Museum for FotoATX 2019. Currently, a special collection of her newest cinemagraphs are running at Austin Bergstrom International Airport on the digital gate markers. Leslie lives in the Austin area, with her husband of over 30 years, her dog Frida and 2 cats. She has served on the board of the Creative Arts Society, a local non-profit for artists, for several years and is a past President. She has an active exhibit schedule and works in many areas as a visual artist, including commissions for corporate and private collections.
