As with all artists we have our own views and perspectives of people and objects that move us in both similar and divergent ways. That is the beauty of art. It is personal. I'm a self-taught artist and work mainly with acrylic paint on canvas. I started painting a little over ten years ago. I've had the pleasure of participating in group exhibitions in particular in the East Austin Studio Tour for the past five years. I also fortunately have works held in private collections throughout Texas and Alabama. I hope my work invokes some emotional or thought provoking response from the viewer that may lead to an expanded way of thinking about people and life. My work is my Vision Field.
