Sarah Luna has explored spirituality, psychology and creativity for several decades through a variety of practices and mediums such as yoga, meditation, dance and creative expression. Most recently, her visual art practice embodies creative expression as a spiritual practice. Sarah's abstract photography pieces invite contemplation and reflection through ethereal abstraction. Fascinated by both the seen and unseen, her work uses light and form to explore energy and essence. Sarah earned a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Dallas and a master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University in Palo Alto, California. Her artwork has been shown in various exhibitions including The Femme Abstract held during the East Austin Studio Tour and The Red Dot Art Spree at Women & Their Work Gallery in Austin, TX. She will have her first solo exhibition "luminous mo:ments" in August 2020 at the Dougherty Arts Center in Austin, TX. Her works are found in both private and corporate collections in the United States and Europe. Originally from London, Sarah now lives and works in Austin,TX.
