About the Artist

I was born in Jackson Heights, New York and received my bachelor's in fine arts from Massachusetts College of Art (Mass Art) in Boston, MA where I studied under Rob Moore and Elizabeth Dworkin.

After graduating, I was accepted to the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) where I attended two semesters of graduate school before returning to Boston. I worked, taught, exhibited and participated in juried shows for many years in the Boston area.

You can see the influence of Elizabeth Dworkin, Robert Rauschenberg, Joseph Cornell, Cy Twombly, and Jean-Michel Basquiat in my work. Recently, I've been exploring totems, icons and archetypes.
